Samsung took a load of UK journos to Korea to look at their new kit and eat some rather nice Korean food (think Chinese, but smaller dishes). Not sure about the pickled stuff though...

Graduate hat throwing could hurt

"University administrators were accused yesterday of overreacting after asking students not to throw mortarboards in the air at this year's graduation ceremonies. Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge and Chelmsford warned that the medieval-style cap could be a health hazard."

"It is requested that graduands do not throw the hat up into the air, as this not only causes damage to the hats, but can also cause injury if the corner of the hat hits the graduand or others who may be nearby."

After Roger Waters' Pink Floyd pig went rushing off into the desert at Coachella at the weekend, a woman has found its remnants on her driveway. Most amusing is that Waters exclaimed "that's my pig!" as it drifted off into the darkness...
